A compact succulent with spiky dark green leaves striped in raised white bands. Happy in less light than most succulents, so it suits desks and shelves.
The zebra haworthia gets its name from the crisp white stripes on its pointed leaves. Unlike many succulents, it does not need full sun, which makes it one of the best choices for an office desk, bathroom shelf or bright bookcase. It stays small and slowly forms offsets you can pot up and share.
